Chhattisgarh CM founded ‘Mahtari Nyay Rath’!

On the event of Hareli Tihaar’, CM Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, Chhattisgarh, flagged off Mukhyamantri Mahtari Nyay Rath from his Raipur-based home and communicated his soundest wishes for the victory of the initiative.
This program started with the State Song of Chhattisgarh. Rath Yatra was sagged off with the tagline of “Baat He Abhimaan Ke, Mahila Man Ke Samman Ke”. Also, Chhattisgarh State Commission for Women has taken this endeavor of Nyay Rath Yatra intending to make females of the state knowledgeable of their constitutional liberties and laws.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel also allocated the oath of guaranteeing security, justice, and empowerment of women.
Moving forward, under this enterprise of the Chhattisgarh Women Commission for empowerment, Mukhyamantri Mahtari Nyay Rath Yatra will go from village to village in all the communities to make abundance awareness about the lawful provisions and constitutional liberties of women. The Information about women’s rights and concerning laws will be distributed via short movies, messages, and brochures.
In the 1st phase, the Rath will cover 9 districts of the state, beginning from Durg. Via this Rath Yatra, females will also be supplied free lawful aid. Each Mahatari Nyay Rath will have 2 advocates, who will attend to the resentments of women and guide them. \
Women will also be capable to advance their applications to State Women Commission via Nyay Rath. National award-winning short movies in Chhattisgarhi and Hindi, based on diverse laws, will be screened on enormous LED screens during the Rath Yatra.
Certainly, this scheme will play an influential role in preventing crimes against women in the state.
