The all-new MacBook Air (2020) is undoubtedly a much bigger step up from the MacBook Air 2019. It has been upgraded with the best of new components, giving it a decent upgrade in the performance, as well as a higher minimum storage capacity so the buyer now will get double the storage compared to the previous generations. The new MacBook Air now has configurations with quad-core processors and up to 16GB of RAM. This alone makes this 2020 model far more powerful than its predecessors, all without costing more or having the customers to compromise that all-important and sophisticated looking thin and light design that the line is famous for.

Apple has made a great effort into incorporating new features without having the customers burn a hole in their pockets, while also offering a new array of amazing specifications.

MacBook Air (2020) is an impressively compact laptop with Apple’s famous logo, design and build quality. While the new components add a little extra size and weight to the overall measurements of the gadget, it remains to be a laptop that can easily and comfortable be carried around. When it comes to price, Apple has been on a spree of surprising its customers with the most unbelievable prices for both its new phones and laptops too. The MacBook Air 2020 is priced at Rs.92,990 in India.

Design wise, things are pretty much the same, however there is one major change. MacBook Air 2020 comes with a new keyboard. This offers a deeper travel when typing, so it feels more responsive and the company claims to have fixed the reliability issues of the older keyboard. This new entry-level MacBook Air comes with dual core 10th generation Intel Core i3 processor, 256GB storage and 8GB of RAM. In an age of rising prices for every new gadget, that hits the market shelves, it is nice to witness Apple release new hardware at cheaper prices.

Along with this, Apple also launched a higher-end variant that comes with a 10th generation quad core Intel Core i5 processor- the first time a quad core CPU has been included in a MacBook Air- 512GB SSD storage and 8GB of RAM. And there is also a fully maxed-out version with a 1.2GHz Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB RAM and 2TB SSD.

Overall, the new MacBook Air (2020) is worth buying if you are looking for a laptop, that has lots to offer with the best of performance. Apple still maintains it sophisticated design alongside premium features. What are your thoughts on the new MacBook Air 2020??
