Gaming on the Micromax iN 1 smartphone!

Micromax did have a good comeback last year with the two iN series smartphones. The last year launch did give the brand a space for itself especially in the budget segment and the company is in process of trying to strengthen the same with this new launch of the gaming smartphone.

Micromax has once again integrated a pretty practical and impressive set of features and specs especially for a budget segment smartphone. If you take a look into the specs sheet of the phone, there aren’t any doubts about how the company is trying its best to make a strong ground for itself to stand on in the budget segment specifically.

The Micromax In 1 is offered in 4GB RAM + 64GB inbuilt storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB inbuilt storage configurations. The base model is priced at Rs. 10,499 while the top model costs Rs. 11,999. Along with a large RAM, the phone is also integrated with an impressive set of other features and specifications. The phone features a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080x,2,400 pixels) display with 20:9 aspect ratio, 91.4 percent screen-to-body ratio, and 400 nits peak brightness. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 SoC with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. The storage is expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB) through a dedicated slot.

For gaming, an efficient, high-performance Arm Mali-G52 class graphics processor operates at 820 MHz on the Helio G70 chipset and has 15% enhancement of up to 950 MHz on the Helio G80, improving peak performance and ensuring a responsive user experience. This SoC gets the full support for MediaTek HyperEngine Gaming technology to enhance networking and response time while gaming.

Micromax In 1 packs a triple rear camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens, a 2-megapixel sensor for depth of field, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera housed in a central hole-punch cut out that is 4.6mm in diameter.

Based on the features and the specs, this is a solid phone especially in this price range.
