Infinix Aims To Lead The Score-Board!

Infinix, a Hong-Kong based smartphone manufacturer has announced two new mobile phones namely, Infinix Note 7 and Infinix Note 7 Lite to be launched soon. However, this review shall be restricted to the specifications and features of the Infinix Note 7 Lite only. Infinix Note 7 Lite is announced to be launched by May 2020 and will run on Android 10 OS with XOS 6.0 custom skin on top. The new smartphone is rumored to have quad rear cameras installed in a rectangular module on Note 7 Lite with a punch-hole display. For security purposes, it also features a side-mounted fingerprint unlock sensor on the device.

As the name suggests, Infinix Note 7 is an inferior version of Note 7. The Infinix Note 7 Lite comes sporting a 6.6-inch HD +(720 x 1,600 pixels) IPS, Infinity-O display with a 20:9 aspect ratio.

The smartphone will be powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 SoC, coupled with Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU and also paired along with 4GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage capacity that can be further expanded using a microSD card. With its flexible LPDDR3/LPDDR4x memory controller, devices that come with the Helio P22 chipset can easily tend to the market needs by balancing performance and price at the same time.

Infinix Note 7 Lite also features a punch-hole front camera, quadruple rear cameras, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and Android 10 OS, as mentioned above. The rear quad cameras include a 48- megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 portrait lens, 2-megapixel tertiary sensor along with a 25mm macro lens, and a QVGA Quaternary sensor, and a low light camera. The phone also has an 8-megapixel sensor with a single flash as the selfie camera. It is also touted to support high dynamic range (HDR) imaging.

With MediaTek Helio P series, the new P22 has incredible low-light performance, multi-frame noise reduction, and a clear-image zoom technology. Backed by all the modern and efficient technologies, the MediaTek Helio P22 helps capture rich details and exciting effects in both photography and video.

Coming to the optics of the Infinix note 7 lite, the smartphone includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5 and GPS/ GLONASS /Beidou, micro USB and 3.5mm audio jack. A 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. It is advertised to provide over 35 days of standby time on a single charge of the smartphone.
