Infinix Note 11 vs Moto G31
The Infinix Note 11 smartphone was unveiled by the company in October. The company later announced that the device will be launched in India and Infinix has finally launched the phone in the country today.
Infinix Note 11 is the sleekest smartphone in the segment with Helio G88, 33W Fast Charge and 6.7 FHD+ AMOLED display. Although the company has not revealed the price of the smartphone, looking at the specs it is expected that the device will compete against the likes of the newly launched Moto G31, Redmi Note 10 and Realme Narzo 50A.
Infinix confirmed most of the specs of its Note 11 Indian variant as well as its December release in this tweet. The tweet was accompanied by a picture of The Infinix Note 11 one-upping the recently released Moto G31 in various specs with the tag line “Don’t go Dazzle just go for the kill.” which is also a direct reference to the G31’s tagline ‘Go Dazzle.’
With this tweet, it is clear that Infinix intends to directly compete against Motorola and go up against their newly released G31 which has made huge waves in the Indian budget segment.
nfinix Note 11 gets a bigger 6.7-inch AMOLED FHD+(2400 x 1080 pixels) resolution screen compared to the 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. While the G31 narrowly beats the Note 11 in peak brightness with 700 nits against 650, it loses out in refresh rate, with the Infinix sporting a 120Hz panel against the G31’s 60Hz panel.
The Infinix Note 11 also claims to have the slimmest design in the segment, putting it at a mere 7.9mm thick, which is considerably thinner than the Moto G31, which comes in at 8.6mm thick.
In the camera department, the Moto G31 shines with a 48 MP (wide) + 8 MP (ultrawide) + 2 MP (macro) triple camera setup. While the Note 11 gets a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP depth-sensing unit and an AI sensor, leaving much to be desired.
When it comes to performance, the Infinix Note 11 sports the newer MediaTek Helio G88 chipset against the Motorola G31’s MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. SoC. The real-world performance of these two chipsets is close enough to each other that the users won’t be able to tell the difference. The two devices get the same memory configuration with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage.
Both phones get a 5,000mAh battery but the Note 11 gets better fast charging with 33W support against G31’s 20W turbocharging.
