It flaunts a lightweight design, bright WUXGA display with 1900 x 1200 resolution, with max brightness topped at 500 nits and the magnetic keyboard case and the kickstand which no other brand has offered. Be it for any of the iPad models or the Surface Go. The Duet measures 6.29 x 9.44- inch frame which is extremely easy to hold with one hand and the 10.1-inch screen ensures a balance between too big and too small. The tablet itself is made of an aluminum alloy, which is sturdy and nice to hold. The cover is made of a chic gray fabric that gives it a classy notebook kind look when closed. Both the keyboard and the kickstand reliably stay in place. These two are undoubtedly the most dominant features of the Chromebook Duet and like mentioned before, the real essence of it lies in the versatility aspect of the device.

One of the best features of the Duet Chromebook is the detachable keyboard in the box along with a surface style kickstand that’s built into the rear case offering good adjustability. It is powered by MediaTek Helio P60T with 4GB RAM. The processor also integrates ARM Mali-G72MP3 GPU and a dedicated AI processing unit. The processor delivers sufficient performance to keep things smooth and steady. The processor also integrates ARM Mali-G72MP3 GPU and a dedicated AI processing unit. Similarly, the multicore Mali GPU is more than adequate for playing just about any 3D mobile game you will find on the Play Store.

In terms of optics of the device, Duet has two cameras, including a 2MP front shooter and an 8MP rear shooter. Duet is the first device ever to launch with a version of Chrome that’s actually optimized for tablet use. (RIP Pixel Slate). There are three modes; Type Mode (when the keyboard is attached), Watch Mode (when the kickstand is open and the keyboard is detached), and Browse Mode (when it’s just a tablet).

For the given specs of the device, the Duet is priced really well and it is a solid 2-in-1 Chromebook.
