The IdeaPad Duet Chromebook is one of the best products launched by Lenovo on 6th January 2020. The Duet is as graceful a tablet as one would expect. Lenovo has made it a point to offer the best-looking tablet, with the Duet being 0.28-inches thick, which is amazing compared to the Microsoft Surface Go 2 at 0.33 inches and the iPad at 0.29 inches. The Duet is slender and thin which makes it a comfortable gadget to hold in one hand. The price of the Duet is roughly around Rs.20,100 which is a good price point considering the fact that it is packed with powerful, premium-like features, delivering excellent performance.

The IdeaPad Duet also comes in with an impressive build with a combination of metal and plastic chassis that gives it a solid look and it weighs just enough to be not too heavy for easy carry-around. It is exceptionally light. There are two colors available for this device; Ice Blue and Iron Gray color. Along with the sturdy build, the Duet also comes with a kickstand cover and a detachable keyboard in the box, making the table a fabulous value. The kickstand cover attaches to the rear of the tablet with an amazingly strong magnet that makes for an excellent combination. The kickstand extends up to 135 degrees which makes watching movies or working on the Duet for long hours a lot more comfortable.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Lenovo IdeaPad Duet Chromebook on the rear packs an 8-megapixel camera. It sports a 2-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

The keyboard of the Duet connects via pins and more magnets. It flaunts a glass touchpad; a small yet comfortable screen size. It is very smooth in action and has a satisfying click. It is easy to use with the Chrome OS multitouch gestures. One can also shell out a little extra and get an active pen as an optional purchase. The display has a 16:10 aspect ratio that makes for comfortable use, and the 1920 x 1200 resolution is sharp on the 10.1-inch panel.

There are two fantastic sounding speakers above the display. As far as the performance is concerned, the Duet is powered by an eight-core MediaTek Helio P60T processor with 4GB of RAM. Storage is eMMC. There are storage variants available for the same; 64GB and 128GB. It flaunts a massive 7000mAh battery which is commendable. Connectivity options include; USB Type-C and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac.

Overall, the IdeaPad Duet is absolutely worth buying and is very decently priced for the set of features and performance it delivers. If you are looking for a Chromebook without having to blow your pockets, then Lenovo’s IdeaPad Duet is the one to go for.
