More Questions!
How do people manage work life balance? Do they work till the given time and then just shut off their wok computers and shift their mindset to family, friends and everything nice? Or do they still have work lurking in the back of their minds?
What’s the most satisfying thing about your work, if any? Do you guys look forward to learning something new or to look forward to doing something new even if its ends up in you making mistakes? That’s still learning, isn’t it? You make mistakes and only then we learn of it as a mistake? Correct me if I am wrong.
Are you working for what you have always wanted to work for or are you working to move towards what you really want? There is a huge difference between the two, for those who didn’t get my question. These all might sound like big time existential crisis kind of questions, but I truly believe that it is important to take a step back at times and re-evaluate what we are doing and with what purpose? Are you one of those kinds who work their asses off during the week but the destination is only to reach to the weekend to enjoy some downtime?
Why is smart working not considered as good as hard working? Why are people who does overtime appreciated over people who manages to finish their work on time and leave on time to maybe meet a friend, or spend time with their families and so on and so forth?
Why is the attitude of not having a life outside of work of employees considered as a good thing or as a way of showing loyalty? How is sitting in the office till 10 in the night considered good when you are very much welcomed to step out of the office hours before that?
