Last days of the month or due to some unforeseen and unplanned expenses, a person who lives off of a salary every month can be in a ‘broke’ situation owing to such things. While on the other side there might be friends making plans for a trip. Did you know there are a few places in India that one can visit even when they are low on budget, easy on the pockets?

In India budget travelling is possible and it is not just limited to one part but throughout the country, you can find several places both offbeat and popular that can be done on a low budget.

McLeod Ganj, Himachal Pradesh
