Realme Narzo Series

The Chinese smartphone company Realme has revealed yet another
teaser to point out a possible launch of its brand new Realme Narzo
smartphone series in India. The company has revealed no extra details
of what one should expect from this device but only confirms that the
new series shall soon hit the shelves of the Indian smartphone market.
It will be an addition to the company’s Realme C, X and U series in their
smartphone portfolio.

Realme has been constantly launching new smartphones almost every
quarter and it is now all set up to launch its newest series. Set to
introduce two smartphones- Realme Narzo 10 and Realme Narzo 10A.
The new Realme Series is mainly directed at the Generation-Z.
Although Realme has not revealed anything about the pricing of the
Narzo 10 and Narzo 10A smartphones, there are rumors that the
Realme Narzo 10 will be released with a price range of under Rs.
15,000 for the base 3GB+ 32GB storage variant and it would also come
in 4GB+128GB storage model that may be priced around Rs.16,000. The
3GB RAM/32GB internal storage base variant of Realme Narzo 10A is
expected to be available in Frozen Blue and Blazing Red color.
The news of the new Realme Narzo series was revealed on Twitter, and
its unveiling is scheduled to be as ‘coming soon’. A poster unveiled by
the Company shares the new logo, along with words like ‘Bold’,
‘Unique’, and most importantly ‘Gen Z’. The new series is expected to
release phones that will be a unique series customized for the
‘Generation Z’ i.e., it will be positioned for the youth. This indicates that
the new Narzo series will be directed mostly towards the youth and the
same can also be inferred from the funky and flashy lights that are
boldly used in the promotional poster and the video. Moreover, the use of words like ‘Gen Z’ also further points to the youth-centric nature of
the brand.

The company aims to take on the likes of rival brands like POCO and
Redmi with launching Narzo. Realme company has also put in a
dedicated page already which confirms that the Narzo series will be a
“complete series with Max performance” in the segment. The Realme
Narzo 10 will be introduced along with the Narzo 10A that is so far
teased to carry a triple rear camera setup along with a gradient look at
the back. Both new Realme smartphones will also have a waterdrop-
style display.

As per official teasers, Realme Narzo 10 is expected to be a dual-SIM
smartphone and it will run on Android 10 with Realme UI on top. It is
also expected to come with a 6.5-inch HD+ (720x1,600 pixels) display
with an aspect ratio of 20:9. The Realme Narzo series smartphone is
likely to be powered by MediaTek Helio G80 SoC and would come in
two RAM options- 3GB and 4GB. The company has already confirmed
the presence of a non-removable Li-Po 5,000mAh battery on the Narzo
10 with 18W standard charging and with that one can expect powerful
performance quality and an excellent battery life from the smartphone.
Coming to the Optics, Realme Narzo 10 is going to feature a quad-
camera setup on the back, with a 48-megapixel primary shooter with an
f/1.8 aperture; a second 8-megapixel camera; a third 2-megapixel
camera and a fourth 2-megapixel camera, a monochrome sensor and a
macro camera. While the front camera is believed to be a 16-megapixel
shooter for selfies, with an f/2.0 aperture and a pixel size of 1-micron.
News also reveals some new software improvements that will be
brought with the Realme smartphones to deliver an enhanced
photography experience on the new Realme handsets. Among other
specifications, the Realme Narzo 10 is tipped to include up to 128GB of
storage, a micro-SD card slot (up to 256GB), GPS- with A-GPS,

GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a
3.5mm headphone jack. Few sensors that are included in the Narzo
smartphone are Accelerometer, Proximity, compass.
