Vivo has already launched the Vivo X80 and the Vivo X80 Pro in India. These smartphones are looking really good indeed. The features are looking promising and effective. However, in this article, we are going to discuss the Vivo X80 5g. The highlight is that this Vivo X80 becomes the 1st smartphone in India to be powered by a top-of-the-line MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor.

Let us see some specs of this X80!

First of all, the Vivo X80 comes with a glass-and-metal design, where the top part of the device is covered by a huge camera section with a glossy black module. It features a big 6.78-inches FHD+ E5 grade curved AMOLED screen display from the brand Samsung. The display has a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and also a peak brightness of 1,000 nits.

Further, the smartphone X80 comes equipped with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB UFS 3.1 internal storage, for an excellent read and write speeds.

In terms of software, this smartphone X80 device runs on Funtouch OS 12 on top of Android 12. As upper mentioned, this smartphone comes with a Mediatek Dimensity 9000. This chipset leads the flagship 5G devices industry by embracing the new and most advanced TSMC N4 production process. This processor uses the Armv9 architecture processors to permit unparalleled performance.

Vivo states that they have employed an ultra-large vapour cooling to make sure the peak performance of the chipset is sustained while gaming and video recording. I think it is a very good pick by the brand.

Further, talking about the camera section, this smartphone X80 comes with a 50MP Sony IMX866 lens with an F1.75 notch and OIS. It comes accompanied by a 12MP Sony IMX633 ultrawide lens with an F2.0 notch and 108-degree field-of-view, and also a 12MP Sony IMX633 portrait lens with 2x optical zoom. The back camera features a Zeiss coating to diminish the glare in pictures and videos. The smartphone sustains 4K 60fps video recording utilizing its back cameras. Selfie lovers will be very excited as it arrives with a 32MP front-facing lens, which can also take 4K 30fps videos.

Now, it features a 4500 mAh battery backup with an 80 Watt charger.

There’s a lot to it! I think this smartphone is surely worth a try!
